Update to Your Mobile Banking App

The LCU Mobile Banking App update is now available. This update introduces new features designed to make everyday banking simpler.

What to Expect

If you haven’t allowed Automatic App Updates on your device, you may be required to download the LCU Mobile Banking App through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

 

You may be prompted to log in using your member number and password. Once logged in, you can set up your preferred quick access method, such as PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or FaceID3

 

If you’re unsure of your member number or password, please contact us, or follow the prompts in Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.

What’s New in This Update

  • Manage your Daily Limits1
    ​You can now manage your daily transaction limits within LCU’s approved limits2 through the Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking.
  • Customisable account display
    ​Choose which accounts to display, hide accounts you don’t want to see and rearrange their order.
  • Quick Balance
    ​View the balance of your selected account without logging in for a fast and easy check
  • App Tour
    Explore the updated app by selecting Take App Tour. If it does not appear automatically, you can access it anytime from the ‘More tab.

1 Choosing to raise your own limit will make it permanent until the next authorised change. If you are uncertain about a payment or feel pressured to act quickly, stop and do not continue with the payment.

By agreeing to this limit increase, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. A higher limit increases your exposure to potential losses resulting from scams or fraudulent activity.

2 LCU has established daily transfer limits up to approved amounts. If you need to send funds above your limit or you have reached your limit, please contact us to request an authorised increase.

3 Login methods vary depending on your device capabilities and selected preferences.
