Please allow up to 30 minutes for the activation to be processed and confirmed in the app. If this option is not available, it means the card is active and ready to use.

You can temporarily lock your card if misplaced and if you locate your misplaced card, you can unlock it using the same steps, once you have confirmed it is secure to do so:

Your replacement card will be posted to your registered mailing address, once received, follow the instructions in “How do I activate my card?”.
Ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid delays.

You can cancel your card by contacting us on (02) 9859 0585 or follow the steps in “Can I report a lost or stolen card?”
The daily limit for PayWave transaction is $500 or 20 transactions per day.
For transactions over $100, you may need to provide your PIN or insert your card instead.
If you have reached the $500 limit, you are able to keep using your card, as long as you insert your card and enter the PIN.
The standard daily debit card limit is $1000 AUD. When using ATMs outside of Australia, other limits may apply.
If you'd like to stop a recurring payment made using your Visa Debit Card, unfortunately we are unable to cancel these payments on your behalf. We recommend reviewing our Regular Payments FAQ for more information about managing recurring payments.
In most cases, recurring card payments can be cancelled by contacting the merchant directly and requesting that they stop the payments. Alternatively, you may choose to request a replacement card.
Please note that fees may apply for the early replacement of a Visa Debit Card. For details of applicable fees and charges, please refer to the Fees and Charges section of our Disclosure Documents page.
Is there a transaction on your debit card that you don't recognise? Some merchants use trading names that are different from their business, company, or brand names.
You can search online for the merchant name shown on your statement, which may help identify any other business names they operate under. You may find a name you recognise.
