New Visa card

To request a new Visa Debit card or a replacement Visa Debit card for an eligible LCU account:

  • Call us on (02) 9859 0585
  • Email info@lcu.com.au
  • Order a replacement via the LCU banking app, for instructions please click here

To stop or cancel your Visa Debit card:

  • Call us on (02) 9859 0585
  • Email info@lcu.com.au
  • Stop or cancel your Visa debit card via the LCU Banking app, for instructions please click here

For out of hours support:

  • Call 1300 705 750 Card monitoring services
  • Cancel your Visa Debit card via the LCU banking app, for instructions please click here

If you wish to stop a payment on an LCU Visa Debit card, please note that we are unable to stop these payments. We ask that you look at our Regular Payments FAQ. for further information. Payments made by your LCU Visa Debit card can be cancelled by contacting the merchant or alternatively you can request a new card.
