Reserve Bank of Australia Cash Rate Update
On Tuesday 05 May 2026, the official cash rate increased from 4.10% p.a. to 4.35% p.a.
For current members with an owner occupied or investment variable rate home loan, an increase of 0.25% will apply, effective from 01 June 2026.
Affected members will receive formal notification outlining interest rate changes and updated repayment amounts. These communications will be provided through our usual channels.
